These cards are available in 0.3mm (0.0118”) or 0.6mm (0.0236”) card thicknesses. These can be added to our metal cards, which are available in stainless steel, brass, copper or titanium. Carbon fiber can be used for the whole of one side of your card or as an insert to create your unique dual finish cards.
Our images only show part of the unique qualities these cards possess. As you move the carbon fiber card or insert in the light, the fibers in the fiber yarn show a unique 3D depth, which is only present with real carbon fiber. There are thousands of individual carbon fibers woven into the yarn used to make the layers of material in these cards.
We silk screen print your design onto the carbon fiber card and then apply individual layers of lacquer in either a gloss or matte finish to seal each card for durability. The materials used and time taken to make each card is the reasons why these cards are more expensive. For member cards we recommend including the cardholder details on the metal side of the card as information will be laser etched to each card. We can also personalize each member card if required.
